01Who processes your data

02What we collect
- From the request form: name, phone number, email, selected service and message text.
- Automatically: anonymised technical data — device type, browser, approximate region, pages visited and time of visit.
We do not collect health data, financial data or card details, and we do not process data of people under 18.
03Why, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal — based on your consent.
- To perform a contract if you become a client — based on that contract.
- To improve the Site — based on legitimate interest, in anonymised form.
We do not use your data for automated profiling and do not send marketing emails without separate consent.
04Who we share with
Data is never sold or shared for marketing. Access is limited to staff handling your request, plus:
- the Site's hosting provider, as a technical processor;
- web analytics services, in anonymised form;
- state authorities, strictly where required by law.
05How long we keep it
Form data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact; where a contract exists, for the period required by law for such records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
06Cookies
The Site uses technical cookies required for it to work, and analytics cookies to understand which sections are useful.
You can disable cookies in your browser. We do not recommend disabling technical ones — parts of the Site will not work correctly.
07Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you may:
- know what data we process and why;
- obtain a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- withdraw consent and request deletion;
- restrict or object to processing;
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

08Data security
The Site runs over HTTPS. Access to submitted requests is limited to responsible staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send document scans or other sensitive data through the form.
09Changes
The version published on this page applies. The revision date is shown in the sidebar. If a change materially affects your rights, we will flag it on the Site.
