These Terms govern the use of artvan.group (the Site), operated by ARTVAN GROUP LLC, company number 42572836 (the Company).
By using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use the Site.
02What the Site does and does not do
The Site is informational. It presents the Company's services, completed projects and team, and lets you request a consultation.
- Site materials are not a public offer under Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
- Timelines, scope and pricing are set solely by a signed contract.
- Project images illustrate the Company's experience and do not guarantee an identical result on another site.
03Requests via the form
By submitting the form you confirm the data is yours and accurate, and consent to its processing under the Privacy Policy.
A request creates no obligation for either party. We contact you to clarify the enquiry — within 30 minutes during working hours, otherwise the next working day.
04Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, drawings, the ARTVAN GROUP logo, the mark and the Site's visual identity belong to the Company or are used by it lawfully.
Copying, republishing or commercial use without the Company's written permission is not allowed. Quoting with an active link to artvan.group is permitted.
05Limitation of liability
The Company works to keep the Site accurate but does not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted availability.
The Company is not liable for decisions made solely on Site materials without a written consultation, nor for failures on the side of providers or the user's browser.
06Third-party links
The Site links to partner websites and social networks. The Company does not control their content and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
07Changes
The Company may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies; the revision date is shown in the sidebar.
08Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of Ukraine.
